People are talking a lot about how the Cesar Chavez Early Learning Center in San Jose, California, teaches little kids in a new way. Not too long ago, Early Edge California, Kidango, and their partners came to the center to check out its great Early Learning and Care programs. The goal of this partnership is to change how kids learn from birth to age 5 by using research-based best practices and helping the whole family.

Early Head Start, Transitional Kindergarten, and Kindergarten are all programs that help kids one-on-one. SOMOS Mayfair runs the Family Resource Center on the same property. It helps families find resources in their area and offers workshops on mental health and how kids grow and learn. This great project is making a big difference for young students in San Jose.
