San Francisco picked Per Sia as its second Drag Laureate, and the announcement happened at Rooftop Elementary. Per Sia celebrated with the kids and teachers at the Twin Peaks school. It was a fun event that brought together city leaders and families, all about art, speaking your mind, and community.
