They focus on being creative and using art in all their classes, along with the usual school subjects. This helps kids get better at both art and schoolwork.This means teachers can give more attention to each student and help them work together. They teach all the regular stuff like reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, but they also have art, music, and performance programs. The school has students from all sorts of backgrounds, just like San Francisco itself. Test scores show that almost half of the students are good at math, and more than half are good at reading and writing.The school gets about the same amount of money per student as other charter schools. This money helps them pay for teachers, resources, activities and services for students. Basically, Creative Arts Charter School helps kids be creative, learn a lot, and get involved in their community.
