The Adult Transition Program in San Dimas is still building on its one-of-a-kind partnership with the University of La Verne. This lets students ages 18 to 22 spend time on both the high school campus and the college campus. This program gives participants full access to university facilities, such as the gym and dining hall, so they can make friends and become more independent with people their own age. The program is also currently focusing on WorkAbility grants and transition partnerships that provide better job training and placement services in the local community.
