Being Updated
Wegeforth Elementary, where the Wildcats live in Serra Mesa, is still involved in events in the area and the district as the school year begins. Wegeforth is still working on projects in San Diego Unified that help families and kids, even though their website hasn't been updated this year. The district recently praised its after-school programs, which help students even more. The district recently celebrated expanded learning programs that benefit students before and after school, highlighting the importance of extended-day options for academic support and enrichment across elementary campuses like Wegeforth. Leaders of the city and the district also agreed on agreements for shared facilities at local schools, such as Wegeforth.
