The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) recently gave the Urban Corps of San Diego County Charter a six-year accreditation, which shows that its educational programs are of very high quality. The school has hired a new Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of combining high school education with paid on-the-job skills training for the 2025–2026 school year. The campus is still adding to its "wrap-around" support services, which include intensive career planning and life skills counseling to help students make a smooth transition into the workforce.
