It was honored as part of some district stuff that shows off cool stuff schools are doing to help kids be healthy, both in body and mind, and do well in class. They’ve got programs in the classroom that talk about food, thinking positive, and being active—basically, they want to help kids grow up healthy in every way.

Besides all that, Torrey Hills brings families together with fun community events, like outdoor games and school parties, which help everyone get to know each other and get involved. The goal is to make friends between students, families, and teachers, and get everyone working together.

Throughout the school year, Torrey Hills also puts on workshops and programs for parents to help them get their kids into good study habits and be positive at home.
