Latest News

Everyone at Empower Language Academy, from families to teachers, is really looking forward to the winter language and literacy festival. It’s a school-wide thing where kids get to show off what they've learned in both English and Spanish.

The festival will have cool stuff like bilingual stories, student talks, and cultural shows. It really shows how much the school values teaching in two languages and helping kids learn many languages. School leaders think the event is a great way to show off the students' hard work and to remind everyone that it's important to learn about other cultures and be a part of the community.

Besides the festival, Empower Language Academy is also planning workshops for parents to learn how to help their kids get better at reading and language at home. Parents can try out these ideas during the holidays and keep using them later on.
