Latest News

This holiday season, Dailard Elementary students and staff are making a difference by collecting more than 1,580 food items, which weighed more than 1,140 pounds, to help families in need. The effort brought the school community together just before the November break. Students took the lead in setting up collection points and getting their friends to join in. Principal Eric Wilson pointed out how many people came, saying that the generosity of families and staff helps bring the community together and helps neighbors who are having trouble getting enough food this winter. Dailard Elementary's participation in the drive shows that the school is still committed to community service and social responsibility, which are values that are taught in the classroom and through schoolwide programs. The school is still doing everything it normally does, like planning events for winter break and activities for parents.
