Being Updated
Cadman???????????????? Elementary School took part in a community-centered "Walk, Bike, Roll to School Day" that involved students, families, staff, and police officers. The aim was to encourage an active, safe, and fun trip to school. Over 100 students and family members participated in the event which was led by the San Diego Police Department.
Teachers and parents agreed that the event was an excellent occasion for the students to gain self-confidence and independence, and at the same time, develop positive relationships with the local police. The school administration pointed out that community engagement events like this one are not only a great way to complement academic learning but also to encourage healthy lifestyles and strengthen social skills in the students outside the classroom.
The attendance and collaborative spirit of the occasion are a testament to Cadman Elementary's pledge to the students' welfare and community participation as a vital part of the educational ????????????????journey.
