The "You Belong Here" theme will stay at Concordia Elementary for the 2025–2026 school year. This will help make all grades more respectful and kind. The school is known for being very helpful to military families. For example, students lead a daily flag salute that helps build local patriotism. The SPLASH education foundation is still an important partner. They give money to hire specialized teaching assistants for the school's Science and Makerspace labs.
