Concordia Elementary School is situated at 3120 Avenida del Presidente in the South San Clemente area. The school serves grades K-5 and has an enrollment of 455 students. Its student–teacher ratio is 25:1. According to state tests, 60% of students are good at math and 73% are good at reading. There are 51% female and 49% male students in the school. The campus is welcoming and encourages students to make friends and grow socially. Facilities are regularly updated to keep up with the needs of the growing student body. There are multiple entry points on campus that are managed to ensure students arrive and leave in an orderly manner. Designated areas are available for group projects and meetings. During lunch and free time, students can utilize shaded areas for relaxation. Clearly marked paths allow students to walk around campus safely. The "You Belong Here" theme will stay at Concordia Elementary for the 2025–2026 school year. This will help make all grades more respectful and kind. The school is known for being very helpful to military families. For example, students lead a daily flag salute that helps build local patriotism. The SPLASH education foundation is still an important partner. They give money to hire specialized teaching assistants for the school's Science and Makerspace labs.
