Sunset Ranch Elementary is located at 2500 Bridlewood Drive in the Whitney Ranch area. It provides education for students in grades K through 6. The enrollment is 684 students. The student–teacher ratio is 22:1. Math proficiency is 71% and reading proficiency is 69%. The gender mix is 49% female and 51% male. A focus on student growth and shared goals is what makes the school environment what it is. Because the campus is small, people can keep a close eye on each other during daily activities. During school hours, staff members work to keep things quiet and in order. Students should show that they are responsible when doing their daily work. Teachers make sure that students stay on task by giving them a balanced daily routine. Homes in the area are worth between $750,000 and $1,400,000. People in the community often say that the administration is easy to talk to and that the school culture is supportive. Parents say that their kids feel proud to go to this local school. People often say nice things about the staff for being open to parents' concerns and suggestions. The facility is known as one of the best elementary schools in California.
