The most recent state test results show that Cobblestone Elementary had some of the biggest one-year math gains in the district. Kathy Goddard, the principal, welcomed families to the new school year by talking about how important it is to keep learning and doing well in school. Recent projects to fix fences and put up hooks for backpacks have made the campus even better.
Q1. Is there a Spanish language program at Cobblestone Elementary?
Ans. Students learn about different cultures through social studies units, even though most of the lessons are in English.
Q2. What does Cobblestone Elementary do with lost things?
Ans. Families can pick up unlabeled items from a special lost and found area near the cafeteria.
Q3. How does Cobblestone Elementary help kids stay in shape?
Ans. Twice a week, students take structured physical education classes to improve their motor skills and learn how to live a healthy life.
Q4. Is it possible for students to bike to Cobblestone Elementary?
Ans. There is a safe bike rack on campus, and students must wear helmets for their own safety.
Q5. Is there a garden at Cobblestone Elementary?
Ans. There is an outdoor learning space on campus where students can watch plants grow and interact with nature.
