Ramona Community Montessori is talking about how its unique curriculum helps students become independent and love learning for the rest of their lives in a supportive community setting. The school just finished its LCAP Survey for 2025–2026, which got important feedback from parents that will help the school get better. These groups work together to make sure that the Montessori model keeps growing and meeting the needs of all the families in Ramona.
Q1. What's different about the Montessori model at Ramona Community Montessori compared to regular schools?
Ans. The school uses multi-age classrooms and self-directed learning materials to help students become more independent and grow as individuals.
Q2. Is there a dress code for students at Ramona Community Montessori?
Ans. When doing hands-on activities and learning on the floor, students should wear clothes that are comfortable, safe, and easy to move in.
Q3. What does the "guide" do at Ramona Community Montessori?
Ans. Teachers are like guides who watch and help students as they go through their own learning paths and use special materials.
Q4. Is there a bridge program for middle school students at Ramona Community Montessori?
Ans. The school has orientation activities for sixth graders to help them move smoothly into the district's middle school system.
Q5. Do parents have to do volunteer work at Ramona Community Montessori?
Ans. The school strongly encourages families to take part in classroom projects and events to make the campus look better, even though they aren't required to.
