Hanson Elementary is using a new Employee Experience Survey to get the whole "global" community involved in making sure that both staff and students have a great place to work and learn. The "Character Counts" program on campus is still very important. It helps students grow up to be responsible, good people in a world that is always changing. Right now, people in the community are using their skills in areas like gardening and poetry to help make student clubs better outside of school.
