Pomerado Elementary School is preparing for the approaching Spring Break Recess, during which the school will be closed from April 6th through April 10th, 2026. Furthermore, it should also be noted by the parents of the children that the approaching Full Day Transitional Kindergarten program will remain the main priority for the approaching year. The school is looking forward to the big change as the school will transform into a Full Day TK program for the 2026-27 school year, with the enrollment for the program being an important event. The school year will officially begin on the 13th of August, 2026, after the summer break.

Ans. Yes, the school has reading support initiatives to help students improve their reading skills at different levels.

Ans. The class sizes may vary slightly for different grades, but they are maintained within the same parameters.

Ans. The school calendar is the same as the Poway Unified School District calendar, and the same applies to the breaks and the number of instruction days.
