To lift the spirits of the students and honor their hard work in school, Monte Vista Elementary School recently held a "Parking Lot Parade." The student council at the school is getting ready for the Fall Festival, which will have games and food booths set up by people from the community. Students could also meet famous people on campus as part of the "Kindness Initiative" to help make the campus a better place.
