Pomona area elementary students — including those at San Jose Elementary — benefit from tutoring programs led by college volunteers through the Learning IN Collaboration (LINC) initiative. Nearly 100 college students worked with classrooms in San Jose Elementary and other local schools to improve literacy and math performance, fostering academic engagement and confidence.
