Parkside Elementary school regularly organizes activities that involve families and celebrate student achievements. For example, a recent end-of-year celebration showcased student performances, presentations, and speeches from student leaders, giving families an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of fifth-grade students before they transition to middle school. These events help build confidence, leadership, and a sense of community among students and parents

Ans. Teachers get students to participate by having them do group projects, interactive discussions, and fun learning tasks.

Ans. Students can improve their communication and teamwork skills by doing cooperative learning activities and group projects.

Ans. Students can find new interests through enrichment activities, creative assignments, and special projects in the classroom.

Ans. The school could hold assemblies, give out awards in the classroom, and have programs to recognize students' accomplishments.

Ans. Teachers give students support, helpful criticism, and chances to show off their work.
