Birney Tech Academy students recently showcased leadership and community pride during a local city initiative and school district events. In a city leadership program organized by the City of Pico Rivera, students from the academy participated in a civic engagement activity where they took part in a “Leaders of the Pledge” program

Ans. The academy uses digital tools, interactive platforms, and tech-based projects to help students learn useful technical skills.

Ans. Yes, students can do activities that focus on technology, work together on projects, and go to events where they can use their knowledge in new ways.

Teachers give students problem-solving tasks, lessons on how to use technology safely, and project-based learning experiences that stress how to use technology responsibly.

Ans. Students can show off their work at school showcases, classroom exhibitions, or special technology-themed events.
Q5. What does the school do to encourage responsible use of digital resources?
Ans. The academy teaches digital citizenship, which helps students learn how to use technology in safe, moral, and useful ways.
