Being Updated
Rancho Vista Elementary is very excited! The school is putting on a 5th Grade Winter Music Concert on January 20 and a 4th Grade Winter Music Concert on January 27 to show off what the students can do. The school is also celebrating Yellow Ribbon Week from January 26 to 30, which is all about being kind and respectful. There is also a General Meeting for the PTA on January 13.
Q1. What do teachers do to get kids to join in?
Ans. Rancho Vista Elementary listens to what students have to say by having discussions and working together on projects and other experiments.
Q2. How does the school help new students who start in the middle of the year?
Ans. Adams Elementary helps kids get used to new places by helping them find their way around and meeting other kids.
Q3. What makes Rancho Vista Elementary different from other schools?
Ans. The school emphasizes learning through projects and problem-solving, which helps students relate what they learn in class to real life.
Q4. Are there clubs for things to do outside of school?
Ans. The school sometimes has rotating enrichment activities, but this depends on the staff and resources.
Q5. How does the school make sure the environment is safe and happy?
Ans. The school is a friendly, respectful, and welcoming place because it has programs for all students, campaigns against bullying, peer mentoring, and systems of positive reinforcement.
