Palmdale Learning Plaza is full of energy because it's part of the Palmdale School District's "Palmdale Promise" program, which focuses on technology equity and early literacy. The district has spent $7 million on technology and started the bilingual "Footsteps to Brilliance" program to give all of its students, who come from different backgrounds, the same educational opportunities.
