Golden Poppy Elementary is getting a lot of attention for its recent successes! The Sheriff's Department gave an interesting safety presentation to kick off Red Ribbon Week at the school. The goal was to make the school a safe and healthy place for students. This project shows how much the school cares about the safety and health of its students. Golden Poppy Elementary has also seen improvements in how well students do in school. For example, 3rd graders' English Language Arts/Literacy skills have improved by 11.2%.
