The Universal Transitional Kindergarten (UTK) and California State Pre-School Program at Sara Coughlin Elementary are making early childhood education better by giving four-year-olds free full-day classes on campus. The school recently made the building better by adding a new, secure video intercom system and making the cafeteria menu healthier and more varied for all students. The Early Language and Literacy Plan (ELLP) is being put into action on campus to make sure that all students can read well as they go through the 2025–2026 school year.
