Santa Margarita Elementary was recently praised for its great school culture and its efforts to promote fairness and support for students. The new grading policy is meant to better show how much students have learned and how well they have mastered subjects. This school is the first in the district to use it. The school and local military families also got to know each other better through big community events that students and staff took part in.
