Laurel Elementary is buzzing with energy this March! Students were able to show off their creativity as the school celebrated Read Across America Spirit Week, which featured fun themes such as “Fox in Socks” mismatch day, as well as bright orange for “The Lorax.” Purple Spirit Day has been scheduled for March 30 as the school celebrates Principal Dave Hobson’s birthday, and students are encouraged to wear their purple attire as they join in on the fun. The Spring Book Fair is quickly approaching, and online ordering is available now until mid-May for those students ready to pick out their next great read.
