ARISE High School's Public & Community Health Pathway has recently received the prestigious Linked Learning Gold Certification. This makes it the first school in the Oakland Unified School District to reach this level. The campus was also officially named a California School to Watch, which means it is dedicated to providing a safe learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social justice. The school got a $200,000 California Community Schools Grant to improve local resources and another grant to keep its unique alumni mentorship program going. This will help students grow even more.
