The Father’s House Oakland and American Indian Public Charter School II worked together to put on the Bless the Block 2025 back-to-school event on August 9, 2025. At the event, families and students from the community received free haircuts, backpacks, and school supplies, along with the chance to engage in family activities. This outreach initiative sought to equip children for the forthcoming school year while cultivating relationships among community members as the new academic year neared.
