One of the most notable recent developments is that the Nevada City School of the Arts launched a new “Independent Study at Home Program” in February 2026. This program expands learning access beyond the traditional classroom. It allows students to continue receiving an arts-integrated education remotely, which is especially valuable for families needing flexibility.
