Charter School of Morgan Hill and the people who live there are strongly against a plan to build a big lithium-ion battery storage facility right across the street from the school on Monterey Road. Recently, the school board met with the AES Corporation to go over the project's details and talk about safety issues that parents had brought up. The CSMH Foundation also recently held a successful "Bows & Ties" Gala Auction to raise money for ongoing school programs and new ideas.
