Monterey Highlands Elementary School's PTA launched its annual Read-a-Thon for 2026 during the early part of March. The goal of this event is to help students read more and give financial support to student learning programs and resources at the school.

By funding activities that enrich the students' learning experiences and provide academic support, the Read-a-Thon will help raise funds while also establishing greater literacy skills through increased time spent reading.
