Being Updated
Sylvan Elementary in Modesto, California, is getting a lot of attention for its programs that help the community. The school makes sure that students do well by making sure that they know what is expected of them in terms of behavior and academics. It does this through testing, intervention, and parent involvement. Somerset chose Cora as Student Ambassador because she always showed that she was safe, responsible, and respectful, which are the school's values.
The Sylvan Educators Association is also very busy. It helps employees and puts on fun events like the SEA family gathering at Twisted Pig in Modesto. Sylvan Elementary is helping students become respectful, responsible, and motivated citizens with the help of a strong community and a dedicated staff.
