There is a lot of excitement at John Fremont Elementary in Modesto, California! The School Site Council Meeting, which took place on December 17, was a chance for the community to have a say in the school's future. They talked about and approved the School Plan.
The school is also working to make sure students are healthy and happy. Events like the Counseling Corner and School Safety Spotlight help create a supportive environment where students can do well. John Fremont Elementary is also celebrating its strong sense of community with events like Fall Picture Day and Parent Conferences, which bring parents, teachers, and students together.
Q1. What resources do students have access to if they need extra help with schoolwork?
Ans. Students can get help through tutoring, small group lessons, teacher guidance, and programs that focus on specific areas of learning. These tools help students learn more and feel better about themselves.
Q2. How does the school keep the environment safe and friendly?
Ans. John Fremont Elementary School has anti-bullying programs, peer mentoring, positive behavior systems, and school-wide activities that help students feel good about themselves.

Ans. Yes, students can take part in STEM activities, arts programs, clubs, sports, and music. These chances help students learn how to work with others, be a leader, and improve their own skills.
