Everyone at Burbank Elementary in Modesto, California, is very excited! The school is part of Modesto City Schools' plan to be more environmentally friendly from 2025 to 2026. The plan's goal is to make the future better for students by making it healthier and greener. This project shows that the district cares about the health and safety of its students and the environment.
The school is also proud of how creative its students are. For instance, the Morning Costume Parade shows off how different and fun they are. Burbank Elementary's Visual, Performing, and Folk Arts program is unique because it combines arts with regular schoolwork. The school wants parents and the community to help out, which makes learning more fun. The principal is dedicated to running the school and helping students succeed.
