A lot of things are happening at Short Avenue Elementary in Los Angeles. It was a great way to end the year that the school just had Spirit Week. The event was special because it showed how much the students and staff loved their school.

After the winter and Christmas breaks, classes will start up again on the first week of January 2026. The school is also getting ready for a fun break. The principal is in charge of the school and is making it a good place for kids to do well, make friends, and feel good about themselves. Short Avenue Elementary has won awards for its programs in technology and the arts. It also offers Latin and ballroom dancing classes that are only for certain people.
