The new year is off to a great start for Marianna Avenue Elementary School in Los Angeles, California! The school just let students in. The goal is to give them a tough and high-quality education that will help them do well in school and learn about other cultures.
The school wants to keep students, staff, and the community safe and healthy while also finding new ways to teach that will help students do well in school. Marianna Avenue Elementary is creating a welcoming place for students to do well by hosting events and activities like Back to School, Garden Club, and Red Ribbon Week. The principal and other staff members who care about the students want to help them grow up to be kind, confident, and successful. They put a lot of importance on doing well in school and learning about other cultures.
