Latest News

Like Loomis Union School District, many California public school districts are experiencing a rise in enrollment and engagement through initiatives such as a multi-day open enrollment process and community informational events for parents of Transitional Kindergarten (TK) / Kindergarten students. These two programs give families access to new communication tools to maintain ongoing contact with their school(s). In addition to new communication tools, schools have also been provided with additional resources to create an event calendar to make ongoing school updates and school-related interactions easier for their families. These efforts to increase accessibility, improve family and school communication, and simplify enrollment planning will continue as the school year begins this fall and concludes next spring.
