On February 26, 2026, Junction Avenue K-8 will take part in the district-wide science celebration. There will be a "trashion show" and hands-on activities for the whole community. The school has been named a 2025 PBIS Gold Implementation Award winner because its programs for helping students behave have been so successful. The school is currently using the new customizable District Dashboard to share trends in enrollment and achievement with the community. This is because it is a K-8 school.

Ans. Transportation is provided for students who live outside the walking distance boundaries established by the Livermore school district policies.

Ans. Middle school students can choose from electives like digital media, band, leadership, and various art-focused courses for their schedule.
Q3. Does Junction K-8 have a student council or leadership group?
Ans. The Associated Student Body (ASB) allows middle school students to plan events and represent their peers in school decisions.
Q4. How does Junction K-8 support students with special educational needs?
Ans. The school provides a range of services, including specialized instruction and speech therapy, tailored to each student's individualized plan.
Q5. Are there any summer programs hosted at Junction K-8?
Ans. The campus often serves as a site for the district's elementary and middle school summer enrichment and academic programs.
