On February 26, 2026, Junction Avenue K-8 will take part in the district-wide science celebration. There will be a "trashion show" and hands-on activities for the whole community. The school has been named a 2025 PBIS Gold Implementation Award winner because its programs for helping students behave have been so successful. The school is currently using the new customizable District Dashboard to share trends in enrollment and achievement with the community. This is because it is a K-8 school.
