Jackson Avenue Elementary is located at 554 Jackson Avenue in the North Livermore district. The school serves grades TK through 5. Total enrollment is 445 students. The student–teacher ratio is 24:1. Math proficiency is 63%. Reading proficiency is 64%. The gender mix is 53% male and 47% female. The campus is friendly and encourages social growth as well as learning the basics. Teachers want to make a place where students can ask questions and think about new things. The way the school is set up makes it easy for students of different grades to talk to each other during supervised breaks. The prices of homes in the area around here range from $850,000 to $1,200,000. Many parents thank the staff for making new families feel welcome. People in the community often talk about how students get more personal attention because the campus is smaller. There is a strong sense of teamwork between the home and the school to help students do well. The school is working hard to be one ofthe best elementary schools in California.
