Recently, Environmental Charter High School celebrated being named a California Distinguished School for 2026. This award shows how committed the school is to being eco-friendly and getting kids ready for college. The Green Ambassadors program on campus is growing. It gives students the chance to work on environmental projects in the community and do internships with local environmental groups. The school is also putting on a lot of outdoor learning events and university outreach seminars this March to help the Class of 2027 get ready for the tough transitions to college.
