At the recent celebration marking the first graduating class of the Mandarin Immersion program at Marian Bergeson Elementary School, seniors who attended Capistrano Valley High School visited the elementary school to speak with younger students about their experience attending the Mandarin Immersion program and how well it has prepared them for college opportunities, including admission to colleges as prestigious as UCLA and USC. This event validated the success of the language immersion program from its inception at Marian Bergeson through middle school and high school.
