Many special activities are held at George White Elementary in Laguna Niguel throughout the year to encourage students to participate in STEAM-based learning and make healthy choices. STEAM Night and Red Ribbon Week are two of the schoolwide events held every year to bring students, families and teachers together to participate in hands-on science demonstrations and projects in a community-building manner. In addition to these types of activities, George White Elementary School participates in initiatives through the Capistrano Unified School District that acknowledge educators for their contributions to the success of students within their schools.
Q1. Are there after-school care options or before-school care programs at George White Elementary School?
Ans. Yes. The school generally provides extracurricular programs through contractors who have been approved by the district and allow students to be involved in a supervised activity before the beginning of the school day and after the end of the school day. Different factors impact the availability of the program from year to year based on demand.

Ans. Students can take advantage of a variety of extracurricular opportunities such as music, visual arts, STEM-related activities, and clubs. Generally, staff members, parent organizations, and community partners support the programs.
