Being Updated
Central Elementary is undergoing a major transition as part of district-wide restructuring plans. Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, students from Central Elementary will be reassigned to nearby campuses, including Bayside STEAM Academy, Emory Elementary, Mendoza Elementary, and Oneonta Elementary. This change reflects efforts to improve resource allocation and maintain strong academic environments across the South Bay Union School District after the planned closure.
