Last school year, Fruitvale Elementary also named YeVonne Ramirez (Education Specialist) and Angel Rodriguez (Special Education Instructional Aide) Employees of Excellence for their great work helping students and creating a learning environment where everyone works together.
Q1. How does Fruitvale Elementary help each student learn in their own way?
Ans. Teachers can use different types of instruction, small group sessions, and personalized learning plans.
Q2. Are there programs for music and the arts?
Ans. Students can take part in visual arts, music lessons, and creative activities all year long.
Q3: Does the school support students taking on leadership roles?
Ans. Student council, classroom ambassadors, and peer mentors are all examples of chances to learn how to be a leader.
Q4. How do families help make decisions at school?
Answer. Parents can join planning committees, advisory councils, or parent-teacher associations.
Q5. What safety measures are in place on campus?
Ans. The school has rules for checking in visitors, drills for being ready for emergencies, and rules for being on campus without supervision.
