Being Updated
The Santa Barbara Unified School District Board of Trustees held a public hearing to look over the school’s petition, which is part of the long-term charter renewal process for Santa Barbara Charter School in Goleta. If the renewal is approved, the school will be able to stay open for a few more years. This step shows that the school is still a part of the local education system and gives students and families a sense of stability. It also shows that the community still supports the school's programs and way of teaching.
