Students at One Hundred Eighty-Sixth Street Elementary are being asked to wear their blue and gold school shirts to show their "School Spirit Friday" spirit. The school is still working on improving students' reading and writing skills every day while getting ready for the yearly state-mandated testing period. Principal Antonio Aguilar recently told families through the ParentSquare communication portal how important it is for their kids to go to school every day.
