Amestoy Elementary is currently taking part in the School Experience Survey for the whole district. It will take place from February 2 to March 27, 2026. The school just had special "Eagle Events" to celebrate Black History Month. These events focused on important people and cultural achievements from the past. Families should keep in mind that the campus will close early on Tuesdays in the spring for staff professional development.
Q1. Are there any special magnet programs for students at Amestoy Elementary?
Ans. There is a STEM Magnet center on campus that focuses on how science, technology, engineering, and math can work together.
Q2. What are the rules at "Amestoy Elementary" about school uniforms?
Ans. For unity, students are asked to wear navy blue pants and white or light blue collared shirts every day.
Q3. Is there a garden program run by students at Amestoy Elementary?
Ans. The school has an outdoor garden where kids learn about plant biology and how to care for the environment in a way that lasts.
Q4: How does Amestoy Elementary handle the drop-off of students in the morning?
Ans. There is a coordinated valet system in place where staff and volunteers help students get safely out of their cars.
Q5. Does Amestoy Elementary have any chances to do the arts?
Ans. During the school year, students can take part in seasonal choral performances and visual arts workshops.
