Hanh Phan Tilley Elementary School is included in a districtwide planning update as the Central Unified School District announced it will update its Master Plan for English Learners in Spring 2025. The updated plan will guide instructional practices and support services for English Learner students across district schools. The effort is intended to align programs with current educational standards and student needs.
