Students from Conway Elementary were among the first in the Escondido Union School District’s after-school swim and water safety program at the newly renovated Escondido YMCA pool. This program gives students the opportunity to learn swimming and water safety — skills that extend beyond academic learning and promote health, confidence, and well-being.
