Flora Vista Elementary’s choir joined other Encinitas Union School District choirs for the annual Lighting of the Encinitas Heritage Tree event in early December, performing holiday songs for families and visitors at Moonlight Beach. This marked another community-wide student participation and offered a chance for local families to support school arts programs outside the classroom.
